アカウントとデータの削除

Playnsightのアカウントは、アプリ内から直接削除できます。アプリを利用できない場合は、Webフォームから削除を依頼できます。

パスワード、Apple／Googleの認証コード、秘密鍵は送信しないでください。本人確認には、Playnsightで利用したログイン方法とメールアドレス等を使用します。

アプリ内で削除する

  1. Playnsightを開き、「マイページ」を選びます。
  2. 「公開プロフィールを管理」を開きます。
  3. 「アカウントを削除」を押します。
  4. 端末内の試合データを残すか削除するか選び、確認画面で削除を確定します。

Sign in with Appleを利用している場合は、削除前にAppleで再認証し、PlaynsightへのApple認可も失効させます。

Webから削除を依頼する

端末の紛失、アプリを開けない等の理由でアプリ内削除を利用できない場合は、フォームへ次を入力してください。

  • 「Playnsightアカウント削除希望」と明記
  • GoogleまたはAppleのどちらでサインインしたか
  • サインインに使用したメールアドレス
  • 覚えている場合は公開表示名またはハンドル

本人確認後、原則30日以内に処理します。確認できない場合やApple再認証が必要な場合は、追加手順をご案内します。

削除されるデータ

  • Playnsightの認証アカウント
  • 公開プロフィール、表示名、ハンドル、公開設定
  • フレンド、申請、ブロック関係
  • サーバーへ共有した対戦、承認状態、プレサレート関連データ

他の参加者に関係する公式状態やプレサレートは、削除後に再計算される場合があります。端末内データは、アプリ内削除時に選択できます。Web依頼では端末へアクセスできないため、端末内データは削除できません。

例外的に保持するデータ

通報・モデレーション記録は、再発防止、異議申立て、紛争対応、安全確保のため、最終対応から原則2年間保持した後、削除または個人を識別しない形へ変更します。調査、法的手続または法令上の義務が継続する場合は、必要な期間延長することがあります。

Delete your account in the App

  1. Open Playnsight and select My Page.
  2. Open Manage public profile.
  3. Select Delete account.
  4. Choose whether on-device match data is kept or deleted, then confirm.

For Sign in with Apple, you reauthenticate with Apple and the App revokes its Apple authorization before deleting the account.

Request deletion on the Web

If you cannot use in-app deletion, submit the form with “Playnsight account deletion request,” your sign-in provider, sign-in email address, and your public display name or handle if known. Never send a password or authentication code.

After identity verification, requests are normally completed within 30 days. We will contact you if additional verification or Apple reauthentication is required.

Data deleted and retained

Deletion removes the Playnsight authentication account, public profile, friend and block relationships, and server-side shared-match and Presa Rating data. Related ratings may be recalculated. A Web request cannot erase data stored only on your device.

Reports and moderation records are generally retained for up to two years after the last action for repeat-abuse prevention, appeals, disputes, and safety, then deleted or de-identified. Retention may be extended for an ongoing investigation, legal proceeding, or legal requirement.
