1. 基本方針
Playnsight（以下「本アプリ」）は、個人情報の保護を重要事項と位置づけ、 ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重した運営を行います。
本アプリはサインイン不要で、試合記録・スタッツ分析など全ての機能をご利用いただけます。
2. 収集する情報
入力した選手名・試合データはお使いの端末内にのみ保存され、外部へ送信されることはありません。
本アプリはアプリ改善のため、匿名の利用データを収集します。 収集するのは以下の情報のみです。
- 匿名ランダムID（PostHog が自動生成。氏名・メールアドレス等とは紐づけておらず、当アプリ運営者が単独でユーザー個人を直接特定するためには使用しません）
- 利用イベント（試合開始・終了・ダッシュボード閲覧など）
- 端末種別・OS・アプリバージョン・言語設定
- エラー情報（クラッシュレポート）
以下の情報は収集しません。
- 選手名・試合内容など、アプリに入力したデータ
- 広告識別子・位置情報
- クロスアプリ追跡に使用されるデータ
3. 利用データの処理者
匿名の利用データは PostHog, Inc.（EU Cloud、データ保管地: EU域内）に送信されます。 PostHog のプライバシーポリシーは https://posthog.com/privacy をご確認ください。
なお、本アプリは匿名IDのみを使用し、氏名・メールアドレス等の識別情報を PostHog に渡すことはありません。
4. ユーザーによる制御
利用データの収集は、アプリの 「設定 → プライバシー」 からいつでも無効にできます。 無効にした場合、以降の利用データは一切送信されません。
EU/EEA/UK のユーザーは初期状態で収集が無効（オプトイン方式）になっています。
5. 第三者への提供
本アプリの利用においては、上記の処理者（PostHog）以外の第三者に利用データを提供・販売することはありません。 また、試合データ・選手名は端末内にのみ保存され、外部へ送信されないため、第三者提供の対象外です。 なお、お問い合わせフォームを利用した場合は、フォーム入力内容が Google LLC のサーバーに保存されます。
6. ポリシーの変更について
本アプリは現在、試合データをこの端末内にのみ保存しています。 将来的に機能追加（クラウド同期など）によりデータの取り扱いに重要な変更が生じる場合は、 アプリ内で改めて同意を求めます。変更前に同意いただけない場合は、 引き続き従来の機能をご利用いただけます。
軽微な変更（誤字修正・連絡先更新など）はお知らせなしに行うことがあります。
本ポリシーの日本語版と英語版の内容に齟齬がある場合、日本語版を優先します。
7. お問い合わせ
プライバシーに関するご質問は、以下のフォームよりお問い合わせください。
フォームへの入力内容（メールアドレス等）は、Playnsight 運営者がお問い合わせへの返信目的のみに利用します。 回答データは Google LLC のサーバーに保存され、Google のプライバシーポリシーも適用されます。

1. Overview
Playnsight ("the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy describes how we handle information in the App.
The App requires no sign-in — all features, including match recording and stat analysis, are available without an account.
2. Information We Collect
Player names and match records you enter are stored exclusively on your device and are never transmitted externally.
To improve the App, we collect anonymous usage data. This includes only:
- An anonymous random ID generated by PostHog. It is not linked to your name or email address, and we do not use it to directly identify you as an individual
- Usage events (e.g., match started, match completed, dashboard viewed)
- Device type, OS version, app version, and language setting
- Error/crash information
We do not collect:
- Player names or match content you enter in the App
- Advertising identifiers or location data
- Data used for cross-app tracking
3. Data Processor
Anonymous usage data is sent to PostHog, Inc. (EU Cloud; data stored in the EU). See PostHog's privacy policy at https://posthog.com/privacy.
The App uses only anonymous IDs and never passes identifying information such as your name or email address to PostHog.
4. Your Control
You can disable usage data collection at any time in Settings → Privacy. Once disabled, no further usage data is transmitted.
Users in the EU/EEA/UK have collection disabled by default (opt-in model).
5. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell or share usage data with any third parties beyond the processor listed above (PostHog). Player names and match data are stored only on your device and are not transmitted externally, so they are not subject to third-party sharing. If you contact us through the contact form, the information you submit will be stored on Google LLC servers.
6. Policy Changes
The App currently stores match data only on your device. If a future update (such as cloud sync) introduces a material change to how data is handled, we will ask for your consent again within the app before the change takes effect. If you do not agree, you can continue using the app under the existing terms.
Minor updates (typo fixes, contact details, etc.) may be made without prior notice.
If there is any conflict between the Japanese and English versions of this policy, the Japanese version shall prevail.
