1. 本サービス
Playnsight（以下「本アプリ」）は、テニスの試合をポイントごとに記録し、スタッツを分析するサービスです。任意のアカウント機能として、公開プロフィール、フレンド、対戦記録の共有・相互承認、プレサレートを提供します。本アプリを利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
2. ユーザーコンテンツ
公開表示名、公開プロフィール、フレンド申請、明示的に共有した対戦記録、通報時に入力した内容など、ユーザーが本アプリへ入力・送信する情報を「ユーザーコンテンツ」といいます。権利は原則として入力したユーザーに帰属します。
ユーザーは、本サービスの提供、共有、本人確認、安全確保、通報対応、統計・分析および機能改善に必要な範囲で、運営者がユーザーコンテンツを保存、処理、表示、複製することを許諾します。個人を識別できない形に集計・匿名化した情報も同じ範囲で利用できるものとします。
3. 禁止事項
次の行為を禁止します。
- 虚偽のプロフィール、なりすまし、スパム、嫌がらせ、脅迫、差別、誹謗中傷
- 虚偽または改ざんした対戦記録の反復送信、レーティングの不正操作
- 本人の同意なく、個人情報やプライバシーを侵害する情報を共有する行為
- 違法、有害、性的、暴力的その他第三者の権利を侵害する内容を送信する行為
- 通報機能の濫用、運営対応の妨害、制限を回避する行為
- 不正アクセス、過度な負荷、許可されないリバースエンジニアリング
- その他、法令または本規約に違反する行為
4. 通報・ブロック・モデレーション
ユーザーは、アプリ内から不適切なユーザーまたは共有対戦を通報し、他のユーザーをブロックできます。運営者は、通報、対象データ、関連する過去の対応を確認し、必要に応じてコンテンツの非表示・削除、公式対戦の取消、レーティングの再計算、機能制限、アカウントの一時停止または削除を行うことがあります。
安全上緊急の場合を除き、通報内容だけで直ちに処分を決定せず、利用可能な情報を確認します。対応内容や調査手法の詳細は、不正利用の助長や関係者のプライバシー保護のため開示しない場合があります。処分への問い合わせはお問い合わせフォームから行えます。
5. アカウントと削除
アカウントはアプリ内から削除できます。アプリを利用できない場合は、アカウント削除ページから削除を依頼できます。削除される情報と、安全確保・法令遵守等のため例外的に保持する情報は、プライバシーポリシーに記載します。
6. 知的財産権
本アプリのデザイン、ロゴ、文章、プログラム等の権利は運営者または正当な権利者に帰属します。ユーザーは、本サービス利用に必要な範囲を超えて複製、配布、改変してはなりません。
7. サービスの変更・停止
個人開発のため、機能の変更、一時停止または提供終了を行う場合があります。安全性や障害対応のため、ソーシャル機能またはレーティング機能を予告なく一時停止することがあります。端末内の試合データはバックアップとして書き出すことができます。
8. 免責事項
本アプリは現状有姿で提供され、運営者は完全性、正確性、可用性または特定目的への適合性を保証しません。記録・分析・レーティングの誤り、データ消失、第三者サービスの障害等により生じた損害について、適用法令で許される最大限の範囲で責任を負いません。
ただし、運営者の故意または重大な過失による損害など、消費者契約法その他の法令により免責または制限が認められない責任を除きます。
9. 規約の変更
重要な変更を行う場合は、必要に応じてアプリ内で改めて同意を求めます。アプリ公開後の固定ページは変更せず、新しいバージョンを公開します。
10. 準拠法・お問い合わせ
本規約は日本法に準拠します。適用される強行法規に反しない範囲で、運営者の所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。お問い合わせはこちらから送信できます。

1. The Service
Playnsight (the “App”) records tennis matches point by point and provides statistical analysis. Optional account features include public profiles, friends, explicit match sharing and mutual attestation, and Presa Rating. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
2. User Content
“User Content” includes public display names and profiles, friend requests, matches you explicitly share, and details you submit in a report. You generally retain your rights in the content you provide.
You grant the operator permission to store, process, display, and reproduce User Content as necessary to operate the Service, share content as directed, verify accounts, protect users, handle reports, provide statistics and analysis, and improve the App. Aggregated or de-identified information may be used for the same purposes.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- impersonate others or submit spam, harassment, threats, discrimination, or defamatory content;
- repeatedly submit false or manipulated match records or attempt to manipulate ratings;
- share personal or privacy-invasive information without permission;
- submit illegal, harmful, sexual, violent, or rights-infringing content;
- abuse reporting tools, interfere with moderation, or evade restrictions;
- attempt unauthorized access, overload systems, or reverse-engineer the App beyond what law permits; or
- otherwise violate applicable law or these Terms.
4. Reporting, Blocking, and Moderation
Users can report inappropriate users or shared matches and block other users in the App. The operator may review reports, related content, and prior actions, and may hide or remove content, void official matches, recalculate ratings, restrict features, suspend accounts, or delete accounts when appropriate.
Except in urgent safety situations, a report alone does not determine an outcome. Some investigation or enforcement details may be withheld to protect privacy and prevent abuse. Questions about an action may be submitted through the contact form.
5. Accounts and Deletion
You can delete your account in the App. If you cannot access the App, use the account deletion page. The Privacy Policy describes what is deleted and what may exceptionally be retained for safety or legal compliance.
6. Intellectual Property
The App’s design, branding, text, and software are owned by the operator or their respective rights holders. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify them beyond what is necessary to use the Service.
7. Changes or Suspension
Because this is an independently developed service, features may change, pause, or end. Social or rating features may be suspended without advance notice for safety or incident response. Match data stored on your device can be exported as a backup.
8. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OPERATOR DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AVAILABILITY, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND IS NOT LIABLE FOR ERRORS IN RECORDS, ANALYSIS OR RATINGS, DATA LOSS, OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICE FAILURES.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from intentional misconduct or gross negligence where applicable.
9. Changes to These Terms
For material changes, renewed in-app consent may be requested. Snapshots applied by a released App are not edited; a new version will be published.
10. Governing Law and Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, subject to mandatory laws that apply to you. To the extent permitted by law, the court with jurisdiction over the operator’s location will have exclusive jurisdiction at first instance. Contact us through this form.
