1. サービス
Playnsight（以下「本アプリ」）は、テニスの試合記録、スタッツ分析、公開プロフィール、フレンド、対戦記録の相互承認、みんなの対戦記録、プレサレート等を提供します。ローカルの試合記録・分析はサインインせず利用できます。
2. 公認記録と公開
本バージョンから、公認記録は公開記録です。
対戦した両選手が公認した記録は、他のサインインユーザーに表示され、プレサレートの計算対象になります。公開されるのは、両選手の表示名、試合日、スコア、勝敗、形式および集計スタッツです。
生のポイント記録、正確な開始時刻、記録者名、承認依頼履歴、非公開プロフィール項目は公開しません。プロフィールを非公開にしても、既に公認した試合の表示名と成績は公開されたままです。
「公認」は両選手が内容を確認したことを示し、大会主催者または競技団体による認定を意味しません。第三者の記録者は公認を決定できません。
3. 異議申立て・通報・ブロック
当事者は、誤り、なりすまし、プライバシー上の問題等がある公認記録へ異議を申し立てられます。運営者は確認のため記録を公開とレーティングから一時的に外し、確認後に復帰、取消または削除する場合があります。
利用者は公開記録または利用者を通報し、利用者をブロックできます。運営者は必要に応じて非表示、取消、レーティング再計算、機能制限、停止または削除を行います。
4. 禁止事項
- 虚偽、改ざん、重複記録等によるレーティング操作
- 本人の許可なく他人を当事者として申請する行為
- 嫌がらせ、なりすまし、権利侵害、違法または有害な利用
- 公開フィード、通報、フレンドまたは通知機能のスパム利用
5. データと削除
データの取扱いはプライバシーポリシー4.0.0に従います。アカウントはアプリ内または削除ページから削除できます。
6. 免責・変更
本アプリの記録やレーティングは競技団体の公式記録ではなく、正確性や特定目的への適合を保証しません。重要な変更ではアプリ内で再同意を求めます。

1. Service
Playnsight (the “App”) provides tennis match recording, statistical analysis, public profiles, friends, mutual match approval, Community Match Records, and Presa Rating. Local recording and analysis are available without signing in.
2. Official records and publication
Starting with this version, an official record is a public record.
Once both players approve a match as official, it is shown to other signed-in users and used for Presa Rating. Published fields are the players’ display names, match date, score, result, format, and aggregate statistics.
Raw point data, exact start time, recorder identity, approval-request history, and private profile fields are not published. Making a profile private does not remove the display name and result from an already approved official match.
“Official” means both players approved the content; it is not certification by a tournament organizer or sports governing body. A third-party recorder cannot approve for either player.
3. Disputes, reports, and blocks
A player may dispute an official record for errors, impersonation, privacy concerns, or similar issues. The operator may temporarily remove it from publication and rating calculations while reviewing it, then restore, void, or delete it.
Users may report match records or users and may block users. The operator may hide or void records, recalculate ratings, restrict features, suspend accounts, or delete accounts where appropriate.
4. Prohibited conduct
- rating manipulation through false, altered, or duplicate records;
- naming another person as a participant without permission;
- harassment, impersonation, rights infringement, or illegal or harmful use; and
- spam through feeds, reports, friend, or notification features.
5. Data and deletion
Data is handled under Privacy Policy 4.0.0. Accounts can be deleted in the App or through the deletion page.
6. Disclaimer and changes
App records and ratings are not governing-body records. Accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose is not guaranteed. Material changes may require renewed in-App consent.
