1. このアプリについて
Playnsight は、1人のテニス愛好者がスキマ時間で作っている個人開発のアプリです。 丁寧に作っていますが、企業のサービスのような保証体制や24時間サポートはありません。 その前提でお使いいただくことに同意の上、ご利用ください。
本アプリを利用することにより、ユーザーは本規約に同意したものとみなされます。 本規約に同意いただけない場合は、本アプリをご利用いただけません。
2. お願いしたいこと
以下のようなご利用はご遠慮ください。
- アプリやサーバーに過度な負荷をかける行為、不正アクセス、リバースエンジニアリング
- 法令に違反する目的での利用
もう一つお願いがあります。今後、新しい機能を追加する中で、有料プランを導入する可能性があります。 今は無料で使えている機能が、将来的に有料プランの一部になることもあるかもしれません。 変更の際はできるだけ早めにお知らせするよう努めますが、もしそうなった場合は、個人開発ゆえの 事情としてご理解いただけると嬉しいです。
3. 免責事項（重要）
本アプリは現状有姿（as is）で提供され、開発者は本アプリの完全性・正確性・特定目的への適合性について、 明示・暗示を問わずいかなる保証も行いません。
試合データの記録・分析結果の正確性、本アプリの中断・遅延・データ消失、 Google・Supabase 等の第三者サービスの障害・仕様変更により生じた不具合・損害について、 開発者は一切の責任を負いません。
本アプリの利用または利用不能により生じたいかなる損害（直接損害・間接損害・データ損失・利益損失を含むがこれらに限らない）についても、 開発者は、適用法令で許容される最大限の範囲で、責任を負わないものとします。
ただし、本条は、開発者の故意または重大な過失により生じた損害について責任を免除するものではなく、 消費者契約法その他の適用法令により免除または制限が認められない責任を免除または制限するものではありません。
4. 知的財産権
本アプリのデザイン・ロゴ・プログラムに関する権利は開発者に帰属します。
あなたが入力した試合データ・プロフィール情報についての権利はあなたに帰属します。 これらのデータを開発者のサーバーに保存・送信した場合（例: 将来追加される可能性のある クラウド同期機能等）に限り、本サービスの提供・維持・改善（統計・分析機能、対戦相手との 戦績共有を含む）に必要な範囲で、開発者がそのデータを保存・処理・複製することを許諾する ものとします。また、個人を特定できない形に統計化・匿名化したデータについては、同じ範囲で 開発者が利用できるものとします。
なお、現時点では試合データは端末内にのみ保存され、開発者のサーバーに送信されることは ありません。サーバーに保存される情報の範囲はプライバシーポリシー をご確認ください。
5. サービスの変更・終了
個人開発のため、予告なく機能の変更・提供の終了を行う場合があります。 試合データは端末内に保存され、アプリ内のエクスポート機能を利用して出力することもできます。 サービス終了後も、端末内に残っているデータおよびエクスポート済みのデータは、引き続きお手元で確認できます。
6. 規約の変更
本規約を変更する場合、重要な変更であればアプリ内で改めて同意を求めます。 軽微な変更（誤字修正等）はお知らせなしに行うことがあります。
本規約の日本語版と英語版の内容に齟齬がある場合、日本語版を優先します。
7. 準拠法・管轄
本規約は日本法に準拠し、本規約に関する紛争は開発者の所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄とします。

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Playnsight ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Description of the Service
The App lets you record and analyze tennis matches. No account is required — all data is stored only on your device.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its backend systems, or reverse-engineer the App beyond what is permitted by applicable law
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT RECORDED MATCH DATA OR ANALYTICS WILL BE ACCURATE OR FREE OF LOSS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE APP OR ANY THIRD-PARTY SERVICE IT RELIES ON (INCLUDING GOOGLE AND SUPABASE), WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer-protection laws, those laws continue to apply to the extent they cannot lawfully be waived, and nothing in this section is intended to override your statutory rights under such laws.
5. Intellectual Property
The App's design, branding, and source code are owned by the developer.
You retain ownership of the match data and profile information you provide. If and when such data is stored on or transmitted to the developer's servers (for example, through a future cloud sync feature), you grant the developer a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and reproduce that data to the extent necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the Service (including statistics, analytics, and sharing results with connected opponents). The same applies to data that has been aggregated and/or de-identified so that it no longer identifies you, which the developer may use for improving the Service and publishing aggregate statistics.
As of this writing, match data is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to the developer's servers. See our Privacy Policy for the current scope of data we store.
6. Changes to or Termination of the Service
As an independently developed app, features may change or the service may be discontinued without prior notice. Match data is stored on your device and can also be exported using the App's export feature. Even if the service is discontinued, data that remains on your device or has already been exported will remain available to you.
As we add new features, some functionality that is currently free may become part of a paid plan in the future. We'll try to give advance notice when that happens, and we appreciate your understanding if a change happens with less notice than we'd like — that comes with the territory of running this as an independent, one-person project.
7. Changes to These Terms
If we make a material change to these Terms, we will ask for your renewed consent within the App. Minor changes (e.g., typo fixes) may be made without prior notice.
If there is any conflict between the Japanese and English versions of these Terms, the Japanese version shall prevail.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply as described in Section 4. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the developer's location as the court of first instance, except where prohibited by mandatory law applicable to you.
